The minimum threshold to be a personal trainer is a basic online certification. ANYONE can be a personal trainer. What about those on social media pretending to be remote fitness trainers? I’m a certified strength coach by the NSCA (CSCS). I also earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science.
With the questionable standards to be a personal trainer, personal trainer rates are expensive. How much are personal training rates at a commercial gym? You also have to factor in your drive to the gym, gas, and membership costs. That adds up fast.

Remote Fitness Coaching Prices
- Payments are to be made before the start of any training package.
- All payment transactions are conducted via PayPal and valid email address.
- You will receive a monthly renewal form to your email address
- Notifications will be sent to your email address 7-days before end of program
- Coaching calls are scheduled at times that work best for both parties.
- 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for coaching call (available for rescheduling for that same week; use it or lose it)
- Coaching Calls are to be used within that 28-day purchase period (1 Call per 7-days, over a 28-day period)
- New clients will receive a JKremmer Fitness welcome package explaining workout expectations and cancellation policy.
