About James Kremmer: The Protein Reviewer Behind JKremmer Fitness

I’m James Kremmer, the creator of JKremmer Fitness, an independent review website and YouTube channel covering protein powders, BCAA supplements, and coffee protein powders. My background includes a B.S. in Exercise Sports Science, NSCA-CSCS and CISSN credentials, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification.
I buy the products I review and combine firsthand experience with a close examination of labels, ingredients, and available testing documentation. My goal is to help you understand what you’re buying, what a brand’s claims actually support, and whether the product is worth your money.
My Background in Fitness and Coaching
My fitness and coaching background in La Crosse includes working directly with people on the gym floor. From 2018 to 2020, I served as head trainer and lead group fitness instructor at Village Snap. From 2017 to 2020, I also worked at the WTC Wellness Center, contributing to its fitness and wellness programs.
That coaching background informs the practical questions I bring to JKremmer Fitness: Who is this supplement suited for? What does it offer? Does its price make sense for the buyer’s goals? My reviews combine that perspective with firsthand product use and an examination of the available evidence.

How I Review Protein Powders, BCAAs, and Coffee Protein
My unbiased protein reviews combine firsthand taste and mixability testing with an examination of protein sources, ingredients, nutrition labels, available amino acid profiles, and third-party testing documentation. I review protein powders, BCAA supplements, and coffee protein powders using criteria suited to each category’s intended purpose.

I explain what the evidence supports, what remains unverified, and how those findings affect my assessment of value. My hands-on experience is clearly distinguished from manufacturer claims and documented laboratory findings.
I purchase the products I review and do not accept sponsorships for reviews. Affiliate links are disclosed. My goal is to help you understand what you’re buying and whether it deserves your money.
