Unbiased Onnit Protein Powder Review
This Onnit Protein Powder Review has been on my radar for years. Back in the day, I used to listen to Joe Rogan’s podcast extensively. When I listened to his show, I saw he was big into fitness, dieting, and biohacking. He would have no problems promoting Onnit Supplements.
I’ve drifted away from listening to the Joe Rogan Experience and am unsure if he’s still a spokesman for Onnit Protein Powder. Let’s go ahead and do an Onnit Grass Fed Whey Protein Review on Onn’t Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein to see if it’s a high-quality supplement or if it’s a protein powder with a hefty price tag with claims of being “Truly Grass Fed.”
Onnit Protein Powder Review: Is It Worth the Hype?
When evaluating Onnit Protein Powder, you’ll notice it markets itself as grass-fed yet lacks third-party certifications like AWA or Truly Grass Fed, raising red flags. Transparency is also an issue, with basic information like BCAAs per serving kept proprietary. While it mixes well and doesn’t cause digestive issues, the Mexican Chocolate flavor is overwhelmed by cinnamon, and the overall taste doesn’t meet expectations. Compared to competitors like Legion Whey, Onnit offers more leucine but falls short on credibility and flavor.
- Mixes well 🥤
- No digestive issues
- Questionable sourcing and quality 🤔
- Higher cost without clear benefits 💸
- Lack of transparency on ingredients 🚫
- Overpowering cinnamon flavor 🌶️
- Minimal third-party certification ❌

📖 Onnit Protein Review Details
If you’re looking for a grass-fed protein, you may have come across Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein. Information on the Onnit Protein page shows that it is sourced from Irish dairy farmers who follow animal welfare awareness standards.
If you contact Onnit, you will be relayed information about Truly Grass Fed, implying that Onnit Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate qualifies and is certified as Truly Grass Fed. Truly Grass Fed or AWA must verify that Onnit Whey Protein meets its standards.
What do you get when purchasing Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate? What does Onnit claim you will be receiving with Onnit Whey?
- Onnit Whey comes with a complete amino profile (that information is proprietary and is not available via request)
- Supports muscle gains and workout recovery
- Gluten-free formulation (no information about potential cross contaminants environment)
- Claims and statements that whey is from Irish dairy farmers following AWA and Truly Grass Fed standards (no certificate of analysis with these claims after requesting via email)
As you’ve noticed in this Onnit Protein Powder Review, there are a lot of red flags about Onnit Protein Powder. Let’s get into the meat and potatoes to find out my rationale on why Onnit Grass Fed Protein Powder has earned a “Buyer Beware” tag.
🏋️♂️ Is Onnit Whey Isolate Protein a Meal Replacement or Post Workout Shake?
Straight from Onnit, “Whey protein isolate, on the other hand, is the gold standard of whey proteins. It’s had the fat and carbs filtered out almost completely, resulting in a powder that’s 90% protein or greater. Because it doesn’t have fat to slow down its digestion, whey isolate is an ideal protein to consume immediately post-workout”
Use Onnit Whey Isolate as a pre-or post-workout shake. The robust digestive enzymes will help aid digestion. Although I’m lactose-sensitive, I had no minimal GI issues drinking Onnit Whey Protein.
💪 Optimal Muscle Growth Post Workout Protein Powder: How Many Scoops of Onnit Whey?
Onnit has a complete guide of protein. The article shares, ”Whey is so leucine-rich that a single serving of it is on par with what you get from a serving of most protein-dense whole foods. Most palm-sized meat and poultry portions will give you at least two grams of leucine, and a standard 25-gram scoop of whey protein powder contains 2–2.5 grams of leucine. The Journal of Applied Physiology found more per gram than other popular protein sources such as eggs, milk (including casein protein, which is also available as a supplement), and soy protein.”
What can that article share about the protein quality of Onnit Whey? Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein may offer a low amount of naturally occurring leucine per serving. I was error higher, based on this research study: 25 grams of protein, up to 3 grams of leucine.
Here is what we know about Onnit Whey Protein: 20 grams of protein. I reached out to Onnit about the specific amount of BCAAs per serving. The Onnit rep shared that the information was proprietary.
Here’s my first recommendation for using Onnit Whey Protein to build muscle: don’t use it. However, if you’re committed to finishing your bottle using water, you will need 1.25 scoops.
However, I would use high-protein skim milk with Onnit Whey Protein. Leucine information shared by the USDA states that one cup of skim milk offers 8 grams of protein with .8 grams of leucine. Or use a cup of Skim Fairlife milk. You will surely exceed the 25 grams of protein with 3 grams of leucine.
🛒 Where To Buy Onnit Supplements
In this day and age, there are many places to purchase Onnit products. I had three choices, directly from Onnit, Vitacost, and Amazon. Here’s why I went with Vitacost: 30% for first-time orders.
I purchased my container of Onnit Whey Gras Fed Whey Isolate from Vitacost. I’ll provide a breakdown of the advantages of purchasing from the three outlets I’ve mentioned.
🌐 Purchase Directly from Onnit’s Official Website
Purchasing directly from Onnit yields these advantages
- Free shipping spending $100+ per order
- Access to all branded Onnit Supplements
- 30-day “Keep it Money Back Guarantee” for first-time buyers
If you’re hesitant about trying Onnit Whey Protein because you may not enjoy the flavor, I recommend going through Onnit. I would not endorse Mexican chocolate. How much are you paying per container of Onnit Whey?
- $59.95, 30 servings, $2.00 per serving
The price point is in line with other Truly Grass Fed protein powders. However, Onnit Protein Powder is not certified or verified as Truly Grass Fed or AWA-approved. I’ll have more information in ‘Is Onnit Whey Powder Grass Fed or Not?’
🏬 Find Onnit Supplements at Vitacost
As shared, I purchased my Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein directly from Vitacost. They were running a 30% deal for first-time orders for new members. Plus, if you provide an email, you are emailed with various sales at Vitacost. If you’re a bargain supplement hunter, provide an email, and you’ll be on the list. It’s worth the 30 seconds.
Besides offering a large selection of supplement options, Vitacost requires a minimum purchase of $49 to qualify for free S&H.
- $55.29, 30 servings, $1.84 per serving
📦 Shop for Onnit Products on Amazon
It may be a shock to purchase Onnit Protein Powder directly from Amazon. It’s not available. Here’s my conspiracy theory.
I believe Onnit can not sell Onnit Whey on Amazon because Truly Grass Fed or AWA does not officially certify the product. Onnit Grass Fed Whey has not been available for purchase since early 2024, which is why I went with Vitacost.
You can still purchase most Onnit Supplements on Amazon. However, the protein is not available.
💸 Onnit’s Keep It Money Back Guarantee
As a first-time purchaser of Onnit supplements, you’re covered by their ‘Keep It Money Back Guarantee.’ Should the product not meet your expectations, you have 90 days to return it for a full refund, as long as it’s unopened and the safety seal remains intact. Even if you’ve opened the supplements, you can receive store credit at Onnit’s discretion. Complete the required form according to Onnit’s Refund Policy to start the refund process.
⚛️ Is Onnit Whey Protein Amino Spiked?
I have reservations about Onnit Whey Protein. Two of my pet peeves about protein powder are the lack of accessible information and proprietary blends. No protein quality information about the BCAAs per serving in Onnit Whey Protein is shared on the label, and no information is shared on the website. I contacted Onnit.
Based on my research, I firmly believe Onnit Protein Powder needs to be more honest and transparent about its protein quality. After having a back-and-forth dialog, expecting the basic information about Onnit Whey, I was met with the dreaded, “Provide you some information that we could offer that is not proprietary.” I obtained an amino acid profile based on 100 grams of whey, but not per serving. Buyer beware.
I obtained an amino acid profile for Onnit Whey Isolate; the rep shared that some information I sought was “proprietary.” Even though obtaining a 100g amino acid profile isn’t conclusive to amino spiking. By not providing information that is commonly shared, BCAAs per serving is gatekeeping.
I have evidence to suggest that Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein is amino spiked. It’ll look normal to compare Onnit Whey Isolate Protein to the nationally recognized brand. But the wheels fall off when you compare Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein against one of its competitors.
🔬 What to Look For In A Quality Protein Powder
When I examine the quality of a protein powder, I examine these times
- Amino acid profile per serving
- The amount of BCAAs per serving
- Ingredient list and proprietary blends
I’ve been reviewing protein powders for the last fours. Here’s what I’ve noticed about above-average protein powders and their protein quality.
- The protein powder powder company is transparent
- There are verified and certified 3rd party claims
- There is no gatekeeping of information; BCAAs and amino acid profiles are shared on the label or the website
I’ve also noticed that the Golden Ratio of protein to BCAAs is 5 grams of protein to 1.1 grams of BCAAs.
Let’s examine and compare ON Gold Standard Whey, a popular protein powder, against Onnit Protein Powder. I use ON Gold Standard Whey as a benchmark due to its reputable name, transparency, and third-party badges. The only thing missing from ON Gold Standard is third-party verification that it is not amino-spiked. Plus, it’s a budget-priced protein considered the “Gold Standard.” This comparison will give you a better understanding of Onnit Protein Powder’s standing in the market.
⚖️ ON Gold Standard Whey vs Onnit Protein Powder
We found that Onnit Whey Isolate Protein may be amino-spiked by not providing the simplest information: BCAAs per serving. However, we can still compare based on what we know; a comparison based on 100 grams of whey is very doable. Let’s compare ON Gold Standard Whey’s 100-gram amino acid profile to Onnit Protein Powder.
Onnit Mexican Chocolate Protein; 100g | ON Gold StandardDouble Rich Chocolate; 100g
Leucine per 100g | 14.3 grams | 8.98 grams |
Leucine Percent per 100g | 14.3% | 8.98% |
Protein per Serving | 20 grams | 24 grams |
Calories per Serving | 120 | 120 |
Serving Size | 32 grams | 29.4 grams |
When examining protein powders based on 100 grams of whey, it’s difficult to compare because we know that ON Gold Standard is not advertised as an Irish Grass Fed Whey. It is alarming that Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein offers an extremely large amount of leucine. Then again, Onnit Mexican Chocolate is advertised as grass-fed.
Let’s compare Onnit Whey Protein to a brand certified by Truly Grass Fed, Legion Whey Protein.
⚖️ Legion Whey Protein vs Onnit Protein Powder
When I did my Legion Protein Powder Review, the company was transparent and knowledgeable about its branded and certified Truly Grass Fed Whey. They were even nice enough to attempt to calculate the BCAAs per serving when that information wasn’t readily available.
Finally, Legion Protein Powder has been verified by Labdoor as not amino spiked. In comparison, Onnit Protein Powder has not been verified by any 3rd party as a verified non-amino spiked.
Let us compare Legion Protein Powder against Onnit Protein Powder on their 100 grams of whey.
Onnit Mexican Chocolate Protein; 100g | Legion Whey Protein, Dutch Chocolate, 100g
Leucine per 100g | 14.3 grams | 10.5 grams |
Leucine Percent per 100g | 14.3% | 10.5% |
Protein per Serving | 20 grams | 22 grams |
Calories per Serving | 120 | 100 |
Serving Size | 32 grams | 28.9 grams |
Estimated Leucine Percent per Serving | 22.8% | 13.79% |
We can better compare Onnit Whey Powder to Legion, a Truly Certified brand. Onnit Whey Isolate has information about being AWA and Truly Grass Fed; however, no badges are shared on the bottle or on the Onnit website. I’ll share more in the ‘Is Onnit Grass Fed’ section.
Considering that the typical leucine content for standard protein powders ranges between 9% and 11%, and Onnit Whey Protein shows a significantly higher leucine content at 14.3%, it raises questions about the formulation. Compared to Legion Whey Protein, which has been independently verified by Labdoor not to be amino spiked, Onnit’s formulation appears unusual. While this doesn’t prove amino spiking, a closer examination may be warranted.
🔍 How To Tell If Onnit Protein Powder Is Grass Fed?
Various statements in the Onnit Whey Protein description share that their protein is grass-fed.
- “Grass-fed cows=happy cows”
- “It features non-GMO whey protein isolate derived from the milk of Irish dairy cows that have met Animal Welfare Approved standards.”
- “We took another run at coming up with the perfect grass-fed whey protein supplement.”
- “Grass-Fed Whey Isolate Protein”
Potential buyers may think that Onnit Protein Powder is a grass-fed protein. However, it’s not certified as Truly Grass Fed.
As a whole, Onnit Protein Powder is not a Truly Grass Fed protein powder. Information was shared to persuade potential buyers that Onnit Protein Powder features whey from Irish dairies that were approved for Animal Welfare Awareness. Unfortunately, when receiving your container, there are no third-party verifications or badges from AWA or Truly Grass Fed.
When I contacted Onnit about clarifying their grass-fed claims, they were happy to provide information about Truly Grass Fed. However, providing information and obtaining a badge with that seal are two different things.
I usually quote the AGN Roots article “Grass-Fed Whey Contains More BCAAs.” To verify Onnit Whey’s grass-fed claims, we need to know the amount of BCAAs per serving of Onnit Whey Protein. As the Onnit rep stated, that information is “proprietary.”
🐄 Is Onnit Whey Powder Grass Fed or Not?
Based on the information that we know to date
- BCAAs per serving (proprietary)
- There are no authentic seals or badges on the product and website
- No certificate of analysis to verify that the product is from Ireland
- Finally, statements are found on the container about Ireland, AWA, or Truly Grass Fed
Based on my research, Onnit Grass Fed Whey Protein is not officially verified or certified by Animal Wellness Approved or Truly Grass Fed. Plus, there are no statements on the container about sourcing from Ireland. Onnit may be charging a premium price for an amino-spiked protein powder with claims from Ireland.
Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein does not showcase AWA or Truly Grass Fed badges on the container or the website. If you advertise your protein as grass-fed, those badges are the highest recognition a protein powder can advertise. Plus, if Onnit Grass Fed Whey Protein did earn those 3rd party seals, why not proudly showcase those badges on your product?
Onnit Whey Powder may be internationally sourced from a low-quality whey distributor.
📜 Is Onnit Third Party Tested?
Onnit has a sharing the information, ‘Product Information, Certifications & Warnings?’
The only certified product that earned the ‘Informed Sport’ badge is Onnits Plant-Based Protein. If you’re looking for supplements free of banned substances, Onnit is certified by BSCG. However, Onnit Whey is not on the list of banned substances.
Finally, the rep shared, “We no longer test non-performance products for Informed Sport.”
Amino Spiking: 1 out of 10. Onnit Grass Fed Whey Protein is not certified or verified by AWA or Truly Grass Fed. The badges are not listed or advertised on the container or website. Regarding amino spiking, based on a product comparison to Legion Whey Protein’s 100g amino acid profile, Onnit Whey is an amino-spiked protein. My estimated amount of leucine per serving is 22.8%.
🥤 How To Mix Onnit Whey Protein Powder With Water
Mixing an Onnit Protein Powder in a shaker is easy.
- Mix One Scoop of Onnit Whey Protein
- Put into 8 ounces of water or beverage of choice
- Shake
Onnit Whey Isolate is easy to mix and hassle-free in a shaker. Although I did have small cake bits on the side of the shaker, there were no major clumps under the shaker lid or in the shake itself.
⚖️ Does Onnit Protein Powder Come With A Scoop?
Yes, Onnit Protein Powder comes with a scoop.
Shakability Test: 9 out of 10. Easy to shake, no problems.

Onnit Grass Fed Whey Protein offers an extensive list of ingredients. Honestly, this is an ingredient list commonly found in mid-tier protein or budget-priced powders that I’ve reviewed.
Furthermore, this is the first grass-fed protein powder I’ve reviewed to feature a digestive enzyme blend. Hence, the comparison is made to budget-priced and mid-tier protein powders. This brings us to the big question: why would a grass-fed protein use digestive enzymes?
🧪 Why Would A Grass Fed Protein Use Digestive Enzymes?
If you’ve been a long-time reader of my unbiased reviews, you know that I always use an AGN Roots article when conducting grass-fed reviews. AGN Roots offers a robust library of information about grass-fed protein powders and the “whys.”
Based on my research, using digestive enzymes is a sign of a low-quality protein powder. A digestive enzyme is used in a protein powder to offset the crude production and potential digestive issues when consuming low-quality protein powder.
Are there benefits of having digestive enzymes in a protein powder? Yes. The AGN Roots article, “Whey Isolate Bioavailability & Digestive Enzymes,” shares “that your body’s ability to utilize nutrients provided by a truly grass-fed dairy protein depends on two independent factors –
- The condition of the protein structure (denaturation severity)
- The efficacy of your digestive tract (digestive enzyme health).”
My statement rings true, emphasizing that how the protein is structured and processed affects how one digests the powder. Of course, the second bullet point also states that it depends on the individual.
Finally, “Digestive enzymes serve our bodies as the catalysts for breaking down nutrients into small pieces for our bodies to operate optimally. Although our bodies naturally produce digestive enzymes, many people experience poor digestion for various reasons, most commonly due to the inability to digest the food at the rate we consume it.”
Onnit needs to provide statements on how to manufacture and produce their powder. If Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein used a cold-filtered method, there would be no reason to use a digestive enzyme blend.
The certified grass-fed protein powders I’ve reviewed are high-quality and do not offer digestive enzymes.
🌍 Is Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein Imported?
No statements were found on Onnit Grass Fed Whey sharing that their protein is sourced internationally. The only statement in the container is that “Onnit Whey Protein is derived from grass-fed cows that are treated humanely.” It is shared on the Onnit Mexican Cholate Protein page that their protein powder is derived from Irish dairy cows that have met Animal Welfare Approved standards.
That’s a bold statement! I’ve reviewed the following grass-fed protein powders with the actual seal from AWA and Truly Grass Fed badges being advertised.
Oddly, Onnit Grass Fed Protein Powder chooses not to advertise these premium badges. We know that Onnit Whey Protein is claimed to be from Ireland. Without a certificate of analysis providing proof from Ireland, this protein could likely be from India.
If you want an alternative protein powder that provides a certificate of analysis from Ireland, read my Muscle Feast Whey Protein Isolate Review. Muscle Feast went as far as to provide a certificate of analysis, was third tested by Labdoor as not amino spiked, and provides 100% transparency about its products.
Ingredients List: 5 out of 10. This is the first claimed Truly Grass Fed and AWA protein powder that offers a digestive enzyme. All the protein powders I’ve reviewed today, verified by Truly Grass Fed and AWA, do not use a digestive enzyme. As shared previously, I believe Onnit does not list the full spectrum of ingredients in its protein powder.
🥗 Onnit Mexican Chocolate Protein Nutrition Facts
Here are the Nutrition Facts for Onnit Mexican Chocolate Protein.
Serving size: 1 scoop 32g
Calories 120
- Total Fat 1g
- Total Carbohydrate 4g
- Dietary Fiber 1g
- Total Sugars 1g
- 20 grams of muscle-building protein
- Sodium 115 mg
Examining Onnit Whey’s nutrition facts, I love that this protein offers low sodium per serving. However, the minimum protein required to stimulate MPS is 25 grams.
🍗 What Percent Protein Does Onnit Whey Protein Powder Have?
With four statements about grass-fed food shared on the Onnit website, I expected a minimal ingredient list that offered a higher protein percentage.
Onnit Mexican Chocolate Protein: 20 grams of protein / 32 gram serving = 63%
Onnit Vanilla Protein: 20 grams of protein / 29.2 gram serving = 68%
The average between both Onnit Protein Powders is 65%.
🍨 Is Onnit Whey Lactose Free?
If you’re lactose-sensitive to protein powders, I’m here to report the digestive enzyme profile in Onnit Grass Fed Whey Protein is effective. I did not have any digestive issues when drinking Onny Whey Protein.
Nutrition Facts: 6.5 out of 10. Although Onnit Protein Powder claims to be certified by AWA and Truly Grass Fed, Its Protein Formulation leaves much to be desired. However, Onnit Whey Protein is an internationally sourced protein powder with a mediocre formulation.
🌰🍫 Onnit Grass Fed Whey Protein Review: Onnit Mexican Chocolate Protein Taste Test
If you’re looking for various flavors, you will be left wanting more from Onnit. You only have these two choices: Mexican Chocolate and Vanilla Flavored. Yes, Onnit advertises vanilla as Vanilla Flavored.
Onnit Mexican Chocolate Protein took the bold strategy of advertising a picture of what you’ll be drinking. Does Onnit Mexican Chocolate Protein taste like the picture? Chocolate chunks with rolls of cinnamon.
Opening the container, it smells like you are in for a delightful spicy time. Onnit Mexican Chocolate Protein smells great. However, once you mix yourself with a shake, you are left wanting more.
When drinking an Onnit Mexican Chocolate Protein shake, you still have the consistency of a standard isolate, watery, with a very subtle tone of chocolate. However, what takes over the entire experience is the cinnamon. There’s too much cinnamon.
I’ve had Mexican chocolate ice cream before, and it was a taste sensation with fun contrasting flavors. Unfortunately, Onnit Mexican Chocolate Protein doesn’t meet my expectations. The flavor profile could work, but the chocolate flavor needs to be more decadent and pronounced.
⭐️ Amazon Whey Protein Review: Onnit Whey Protein Review
Amazon reviews about Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein currently sit at 4.2 out of 5 stars, based on 300 reviews. Reading over the 1-star reviews, here are what verified buyers had to share
- Formula change
- Taste profile change
- Overly sweet
- Overpriced
It appears that Onnit Whey Protein’s formula changed in late 2023. Ever since then, reviewers have been disappointed by the product. Most of the negative reviews came in the latter half of 2023 and into early 2024.
Before the formula change, most positive reviews shared that Onnit Whey tasted fantastic. Those positive reviews are dated as late as 2022.
🏁 Onnit Protein Powder Review – Final Thoughts
Let’s start with what Onnit Whey Protein gets right because it’s an extremely short list: It mixes great, and I experience no bloating using Onnit Whey Isolate.
Here is my laundry list of experiences while conducting my unbiased protein review of Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate Protein.
- Claims and information about grass-fed without 3rd party verification
- Gatekeeping of basic information and lack of transparency
- The ingredient list is extensive for a claimed AWA & Truly Grass Fed protein powder
- Mexican Chocolate doesn’t offer a thick chocolate taste
When examining information about Onnit Whey Protein, I read the overwhelmingly positive reviews and sponsored athletes that use Onnit Whey Isolate. However, Onnit Whey Protein should not be on your list of protein powders.
✅ Is Onnit Reputable?
Based on my experience reviewing Onnit Gras Fed Whey Isolate Protein, it was not a positive experience. One of my criteria for reviewing protein powders is having the number of BCAAs per serving. That’s information that the majority of protein powders provide on the label.
However, after contacting Onnit and requesting the amount of BCAAs per serving, I learned that the information is proprietary. That’s not a good look for a protein powder. This is where I started going down the rabbit hole: AWA and Truly Grass Fed certified. Onnit Grass Fed Whey Protein is not verified or certified as AWA and Truly Grass Fed approved.
Onnit was more than happy to provide information about Truly Grass Fed standards. However, if Onnit Whey were to place those badges on their product, I firmly believe Onnit would face litigation because their product would need to be officially certified by AWA and Truly Grass Fed.
This entire experience writing this Onnit Protein Powder Review has left a negative impression on Onnit, and I will not review any more of their protein powders.
💊 Is Onnit Whey Protein Good?
Let’s conclude this Onnit Protein Powder Review and answer: Is Onnit whey protein powder good?
Based on my review process, I believe Onnit Protein Powder is an amino-spiked protein. I compared Onnit to a similar protein, Legion, and found that Onnit offers 10% more leucine per serving. Furthermore, Onnit is not certified or verified to advertise the AWA or Truly Grass Fed badges. Onnit is most likely a standard isolate of international origins. That information is proprietary and has no certificate or analysis (or listed BCAAs per serving).
If you’re into biohacking, Onnit offers a robust list of supplements to help achieve that goal. However, if you’re thinking about adding Onnit Whey to your biohacking supplements, don’t do it. The protein powder offers more leucine than recognized and certified Truly Grass Fed Protein Legion Protein Powder.
I would use Onnits’s Refund Policy. Unfortunately, I purchased this directly from Vitacost. This is why I do these reviews: to provide a thoughtful, detailed analysis of what any potential buyer needs.
If you’re a fan of Onnit products, that’s great! However, I’m a big fan of building muscle and buying high-quality supplements. Unfortunately, Onnit Grass Fed Whey Isolate is not certified by Truly Grass Fed or AWA. Finally, Onnit Protein Powder is not a grass-fed protein. Buyer beware.
